Data Center Cost Manager

Job Description:We are seeking a Cost Management Specialist to manage data center projects. This role requires professionals with hands-on experience in project cost tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project budgets, cost forecasts, and cashflows, as well as tracking actual vs planned costs and analyzing variances.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cashflows.Track actual vs planned costs and analyze variances.Support project teams in cost planning and procurement control.Prepare MIS and executive reports for senior management.Assist in risk identification and cost optimization strategies.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years' experience in data center project cost management or project controls is required.Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, reporting, and financial analysis are essential.Prior experience in CEO/MD office reporting or senior leadership communication is preferred.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
