Product Design ExpertCultivate technical excellence by driving innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.Maintain high-quality project delivery through robust measurement processes, ensuring consistency and exceptional outcomes.The role emphasizes technical mastery by championing best practices, cutting-edge solutions, and performance optimization to consistently achieve superior results.Lead technical reviews, peer assessments, and contribute to design development.Provide regular feedback on the effectiveness of protocols and processes to support continuous improvement.Foster strong professional relationships with team members, keeping stakeholders informed about project progress.Participate in team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and collaborate with other teams as needed.Identify potential risk issues, escalate concerns, and follow company procedures for commercial and contracting matters.Manage delegated tasks to ensure timely completion and communicate resourcing challenges to team leaders.Flag additional fees to team managers.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical EngineeringProven experience in Plumbing & Fire Protection design for commercial and residential buildings across concept, schematic, and detailed stages.Proficiency in fixture load calculations, pipe pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for hot & cold water and fire protection.Ability to prepare Plumbing and Fire equipment schedules, BOQs, and layouts.Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ASPE, IPC, NFPA Fire codes, and standards.
