Senior Data AnalystThis role requires the utilization of programming languages to produce summary tables, data listings, graphs and derived datasets as specified in the statistical analysis plan and programming specifications.Maintains output quality standards and project requirements.Performs validation programming and collaborates with Statistical Programmers, Biostatisticians and other project team members to resolve discrepancies or findings.Sustains well-organized, complete and up-to-date project documentation, verification/quality control documents and programs ensuring inspection readiness.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective prioritization and adaptability under pressure. They should also demonstrate clear and concise communication both verbally and in writing.The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for:Coordinating project setup activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets and other required documentation.Engaging with stakeholders regarding statistical programming issues.Supporting project teams in resolving problems encountered during their daily work.Contributing to and negotiating statistical programming timelines, ensuring timely completion.Monitoring project resourcing and identifying scope changes.A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of statistical concepts and methods, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to function effectively within a team environment and showcase good communication and interpersonal skills.
