Job Title: Trade Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Trade Operations Specialist to join our team in Pune , India.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and processing of Documentary Trade Collections for all clients, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and agreed terms of collection and acceptance.Key Responsibilities:Receive, review, and process trade documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and agreed terms of collection and acceptance.Work closely with exporters, importers, and other trade partners to ensure the smooth processing of collections and acceptances.Audit all collection transactions and acceptances against agreed terms of collection and acceptance.Maintain accurate records for all collection transactions and acceptances and ensure timely follow up.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the trade collections operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:5-10 years of working experience in trade operations, either in a bank, BPO service provider or export house.A strong understanding of international trade (particularly URC).Professional qualification such as MBA from IIMs, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or similar will be considered a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind and eye for details.Someone who can multi-task and roll up their sleeves.Strong communication and inter-personal skills; leadership skills.Proactive and good team player.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and make a meaningful contribution to its success.
