Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Principal Technical Consultant**About the Role**We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Principal Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and developing HR Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform.This is a hands-on, technical role that requires strong expertise in the HRSD module, including deep understanding of the data model, configuration, and developer-level capabilities. You will collaborate with business process consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to lead development and implementation efforts across complex HRSD initiatives.**Key Responsibilities**Lead the design, configuration, and development of HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Translate business requirements into technical architectures, data models, and workflows.Build and customize HR Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Integrations.Develop custom applications, scripting (client/server), UI policies, and automation logic.Integrate HRSD with external HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).Conduct technical workshops, solution demos, and architecture reviews.Ensure platform performance, maintainability, and best practice alignment.Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.**Requirements**To be successful in this role, you will need:3–7 years of ServiceNow experience (HRSD focus strongly preferred).Deep understanding of the HRSD data model, configuration, and developer-level capabilities.Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform automation.Hands on experience implementing HR Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, or Employee Center.Ability to translate business processes into scalable digital workflows.Strong English communication skills (client-facing role).**What We Offer**In return for your expertise and passion, we offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The opportunity to work on high-impact projects with U.S. enterprise clients.A competitive compensation package aligned with your experience and value.Ongoing training and certification opportunities.The chance to grow and develop your career with us.**Why Choose Us?**We are a world-class team known for our technical excellence and innovation.
