Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Plant Controller Design Lead to join our team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale EPC renewable projects that have real-world impact.The successful candidate will lead the design and integration of advanced Plant Master Controllers (PMCs), ensuring seamless coordination between PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and grid systems.You will be responsible for leading the design and development of PMC control philosophies, including power factor, voltage, VAR, ramp rate, and black-start control functions.In addition, you will oversee PMC integration with SCADA, BMS, and substation control systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and utility standards.This role requires strong technical expertise in power system control strategies, grid compliance, and hybrid renewable plant design.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of PMC control philosophiesOversee PMC integration with SCADA, BMS, and substation control systemsConduct vendor technical evaluations and support procurement with validation documentationEnsure on-time delivery of all engineering drawings, documentation, and vendor submittals within scope and budgetRequirements:B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering7–10 years of experience in PV, BESS, Hybrid Controller, and SCADA system design and integrationProven expertise in power system control strategies, grid compliance, and hybrid renewable plant designStrong working knowledge of IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, OPC, and other industrial communication protocolsWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageThe opportunity to work on large-scale EPC renewable projectsA collaborative and dynamic work environmentWe are looking for a technically driven engineer who thrives on innovation, precision, and leadership.
