The successful candidate will play a key functional role in maintainingand enhancing the Summit platform, supporting trading desks across Rates, MoneyMarkets, Credit, and Derivatives, while also partially contributing to a strategic Murexmigration program.This is a functional business-facing role ideal for professionals with extensive CapitalMarkets experience who can bridge business and technology.Key Responsibilities● Act as the Lead Business Analyst for Summit platform initiatives — supportingFront, Middle, and Back Office functions.● Work closely with Traders, Sales, Risk, and Operations to elicit, analyze, anddocument functional requirements.● Oversee Summit Release Management, testing, and environment coordination.● Provide functional expertise on trade life cycle management, including tradecapture, validation, confirmation, and settlement workflows.● Partner with technology teams to design and implement solutions aligned withbusiness priorities.● Contribute to and partially support the strategic Murex migration program,ensuring smooth transition of rates and derivatives workflows.● Support Regulatory and Risk initiatives impacting trade processing (e.g., EMIR,Bilateral Margining, Ring Fencing).● Lead or contribute to pre-sales, client workshops, and user training sessions.● Coordinate with global teams (Paris, London, Singapore, India) to ensure consistentproject delivery and on-site/offshore collaboration.● Manage small teams of Business Analysts and guide them through business andproject processes.Required Skills & Experience● 10–15 years of total experience, with extensive exposure to Capital Markets(Front to Back).● Minimum 7 years of Summit functional experience in consulting, BA, or releasemanagement roles.● Strong understanding of trade life cycle — from trade booking, validation, andconfirmation to settlement and accounting.● Functional expertise in Derivatives (Rates, Credit, FX, MM) and related assetclasses.● Proven experience in Summit full cycle implementation, upgrades, andintegration projects.● Exposure to Operations workflows, Regulatory Reporting, and Riskmanagement processes.● Experience coordinating with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, andFinance teams.● Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.● Ability to liaise between business users and technical teams, ensuring clearrequirement translation.● Knowledge of Murex and/or experience in Murex migration programs is a strongplus.● Familiarity with SDLC / Agile methodologies.Desirable Experience● Hands-on background in Derivatives Operations, Middle Office, or TradingAssistant roles before moving into Business Analysis.● Exposure to OrchesTrade, Murex, Calypso, or other trading platforms.● Experience leading multi-site teams and coordinating between client and offshoredevelopment centers.Why Join Yotta Consultancy● Opportunity to work with leading investment banks and financial institutions.● Exposure to Summit and Murex co-existence and migration landscapes.● Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment bridging technology and business.
