Also, should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members- Knowledge of IT Services (especially Virtualization Domain) and the ability to articulate the business value of those services- Establish and expand the Accops brand throughout the business community; to position yourself as a trusted partner and advisor to your clients- Generate business leads to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth- Should be able to develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline- Ability to present sales proposals and uncover/resolve any concerns or objections- Contribute to Group strategies- Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information- Should demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of emerging technologies.
