Location: Sector 74, Mohali Position: Senior Data Entry/Analyst Weekly Off: 02 days (working Monday to Friday) Work From Office OnlyKey Responsibilities:Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data models, reports, and dashboards to support various business functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization, including data collection, storage, and retrieval.Mentor junior data analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and reporting. Manage Product Listings: Create, optimize, and update listings to ensure they're engaging, informative, and rank higher. Keyword Expertise: Conduct thorough research to dominate Amazon search results.Campaign Management: Develop and execute data-driven Amazon advertising campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness. Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics, derive insights, and refine strategies for success. Stay Updated: Keep up with Amazon's latest policies, features, and best practices. Team Leadership: Manage and guide a small team to execute business strategies effectively.What We're Looking For:Expertise in keyword research, campaign optimization, and analytics.Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and Amazon's marketplace.Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in crafting persuasive product descriptions.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for creating interactive dashboards and reports.Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights effectively.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics).What You'll Get: Competitive Salary: 20000 to ₹30,000 per month.
