Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Coordinator/Manager to oversee and manage B2B business accounts. This role spans digital marketing engagement and website development, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams while adhering to strict timelines and delivery expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B accounts, with a focus on digital marketing initiatives and website development projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and follow up with both client and team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met without delays.
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects, strictly adhering to established timelines.
  • Proactively identify any potential bottlenecks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ B2B and tech businesses, and be able to quickly learn if new to the industry.


Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Keen understanding of B2B and tech business environments or the willingness and ability to learn quickly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and ensure the team adheres to deadlines.
  • Strong team management skills and a proactive attitude towards project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in B2B tech businesses are welcome.
  • Experienced professionals with a background in digital marketing, website development, or account management are preferred.
  • A degree in any field is acceptable.
