Role: Windchill Architect Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 months+ Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote We are seeking a highly experienced Windchill Technical Lead who can both drive technical initiatives and deliver hands-on development independently. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, customization, and end-to-end implementation while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead Windchill solution design, customization, and configuration. Drive full development lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions independently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices and technical standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Develop, test, and demo Windchill solutions as required. Required Skills: 10+ years of hands-on Windchill development experience. Strong expertise in customization, configuration, and solution design. Ability to independently own complex technical projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to develop and present demos.
