Inviting applications for the role of Claims/Underwriting - Insurance Domain

In this role, Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team and office goals are met of performing quality audits

Should be responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to both internal management and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Manage day to day production and ensure SLA’S are met.

· Complete online training program

· Monitor analyses and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers.

· Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with US stakeholders

· Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks

· Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area

· Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment

· sQueue Management – Effectively managing and monitoring queue

· Performing Quality Audits and sharing detailed feedback for maintaining quality standards.

· Root Cause Analysis on escalations received

· Very good problem solving skills & attention to detail.

· Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems

· Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment

· Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

· Any Graduate

· Should have sound knowledge of P&C

· Relevant experience in Underwriting support function for P&C Insurance Industry (Underwriting)or P & C Claims Communication – Good Written and spoken Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Excel Skills – Intermediate

· MS Word- Intermediate
