Roof Estimator

We are seeking a skilledCivil Engineerwith expertise inAutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3D design, and Google Imageryto generate accurateroof measurement reportsfor residential and commercial projects. The role requires precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to interpret aerial imagery for creating detailed drawings and measurementsKey Responsibilities:Generate roof measurement reports using Google Imagery, AutoCAD, and Revit tools.Create comprehensive estimates, including detailed cost breakdowns, scope of work, and projected timelines.Maintain organised and accurate records of estimates, project documents, and communications.Create accurate 2D & 3D roof modelsfor design and project estimation.- Review site imagery, maps, and drawings to prepare measurement data.- Collaborate with design and construction teams to provide technical inputs- Maintain report accuracy and ensure timely delivery to clients.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.- Experience with data integration from GPS, drone imagery, and other data collection methods.- Perform digital takeoffs and assist with project estimations using GIS data and mapping tools.- Use CRM software to manage sales leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering(or related field).- Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experiencein drafting/design/roof measurement.- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and 3D modeling- Hands-on experience with Google Imagery/Google Earthfor mapping & measurement.- Strong analytical and detailing skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Opportunity to work with advanced tools & technology.Professional growth and learning opportunities.
