As a key player in our international project, we seek a highly experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong track record of leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a remote basis with a motivated team.We are looking for a skilled contractor who can contribute significantly to the success of our project. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.ResponsibilitiesUser research reports and personas;Journey maps and workflow diagrams;Wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs;Usability testing plans and reports;Design system documentation and guidelines;Regular progress updates and presentations to stakeholders;Knowledge-sharing materials and presentations for internal stakeholders;Document design;RequirementsBachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;+7 years of experience in UX design for digital products;Proven track record of leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications;Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping;Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop);Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles;Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams;Knowledge of data-driven design and analytics is a plus;Fluent in English;
