Must have-

- Insurance Industry Knowledge
- Experience in defining and documenting solution design for a specific domain
- Experience in assessing solution options involving diverse set of technologies and their seamless integration
- Experience in creating Business Specific IT Solutions.

Good-to-have

- Experience of front-ending with customers and creating end-to-end solutions on IT platforms.
- Java development experience with proficiency in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
- Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle/GIT Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS, etc. would be a plus
