Green CareerThe Sustainability Manager will lead the organization's sustainability strategy, ensuring that all business units align with international best practices.Develop and execute the organization's sustainability and ESG strategy across all business units globally.Lead initiatives related to operational efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, responsible procurement, and waste minimization.Oversee ESG reporting, including sustainability disclosures, materiality assessments, and alignment with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.Provide subject-matter expertise for sustainability-focused training programs.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG strategy, or corporate responsibility roles.Strong knowledge of global sustainability standards and reporting frameworks.Proven track record in designing and implementing sustainability programs.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
