**Job Title:** Solution Engineer for Compliance Applications **Job Overview:** A System Specialist responsible for supporting compliance applications, systems, and services that enable an organization to meet its legal and regulatory obligations. The specialist will provide technical leadership, guide team members, and act as the primary product owner. This role requires deep expertise in Actimize software, including development environments, technology architecture, and implementation. Key responsibilities include:- Planning, designing, and implementing code/configurations for compliance applications.- Delivering high-quality, timely solutions aligned with SLAs to maintain strong customer satisfaction.- Communicating effectively with business users, support teams, vendors, and stakeholders.- Managing multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines.- Articulating technical concepts and providing summaries or detailed explanations to management and internal teams as needed.- Building strong relationships across the organization, understanding client needs, and driving enterprise-wide design concepts with stakeholder buy-in.**Key Qualifications:**- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Actimize RCM/ActOne software, and system implementation, preferably within the financial industry.- In-depth knowledge and experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) functions.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.- Advanced SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Azure-based databases; familiarity with ETL/ELT processes.- Experience with UNIX and Windows shell scripting for process automation.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira/Confluence.- Familiarity with REST web services and microservice architectures.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while being customer-focused.- Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems, products, and business processes.- Proactive and results-driven mindset.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred).**Benefits:**- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of a reputable organization.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment with experienced professionals.- Comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and expertise.**How to Apply:** If you are interested, please submit your resume for consideration.
