Job OpportunityWe seek a talented professional to spearhead the development of our Machine Learning Observability Platform.This role involves building and enhancing an open-source observability platform using Grafana and ClickHouse, integrating AI capabilities for critical insights across enterprise environments.Design and implement AI/ML features for large-scale, reliable ML systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, efficient model deployment.Develop and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and related tools, ensuring seamless data flow and analysis.Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices for automated model testing and deployment.Manage and deploy ML infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, ensuring high-performance and reliability.Troubleshoot ML system performance issues using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.Requirements:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven track record of designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production environments.Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Grafana, and Databricks.Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms.Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces) and experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.
