This role requires a seasoned expert who can develop and execute a robust performance marketing strategy, driving business growth through Amazon PPC campaigns.About the RoleCreate and manage Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple geographies, ensuring maximum ROI and ROAS.Own the performance marketing P&L, delivering strategic direction and operational excellence.Lead a team of professionals in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, fostering collaboration and innovation.Design and maintain automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends, analyzing metrics to inform data-driven decisions.Optimize conversions by leveraging tools like Helium to identify relevant search terms and target high-performing audiences.Prioritize competitor analysis, market research, and category trend studies to drive new product ideas and strategic partnerships with Amazon.Cultivate cross-functional relationships with inventory planners, brand marketers, and supply chain teams to enhance customer experience.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in Amazon advertising (AMS) with expertise in owning the Amazon marketing P&L.Proven track record in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, driving business growth, and achieving desired ROI/ROAS targets.Bonus points for experience in the baby category.
