The role involves working closely with the founders and the product team to create world-class visual assets used by thousands of animators globally.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the visual backbone of Autodraft AI's animation library.What We're Looking ForAnimation Asset & Template Design- Create high-quality animation assets, character sheets, backgrounds, props, and scene layouts.- Design ready-to-use templates for 2D animations, YouTube animations, reels, shorts, and storytelling formats.- Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across all asset packs.Graphic & Visual Design- Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-assisted design tools to create clean, production-ready assets.- Enhance AI-generated images to professional-quality outputs using upscaling, cleanup, and refinement.Collaboration- Work closely with the animation, product, and marketing teams to ensure assets match user needs and brand standards.- Contribute to new feature brainstorming by providing visual concepts and mockups.Quality & Process- Follow a fast-paced production workflow with high accuracy.- Efficiently organize, catalog, and deliver large sets of design files and scenes.Trend & Style Research- Stay updated on global animation styles — anime, kids cartoons, explainer, horror, storytelling, etc.- Study emerging AI design techniques and integrate them into our pipeline.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, animation asset creation, or illustration.- Strong expertise in Photoshop (mandatory).- Experience with AI-based design/animation tools.- Strong illustration skills and the ability to create stylized assets across genres.- Understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and character design.- Ability to deliver high volumes of assets quickly without compromising quality.- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Qualities We Value- Fast execution — ability to produce high-quality assets at speed.- Strong creative instincts and an eye for detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new AI tools.- A passion for animation, design, and storytelling.Why Work at Autodraft?Join a fantastic, tight-knit team at the right moment : We are a small, highly skilled team — you get the chance to build things that impact thousands of animators globally.Do your life's best work : We care deeply about craft, growth, and excellence.
