Plumbing Engineer Positions
Mid-Range Experience Plumbing Engineer (2-6 years):
Key Responsibilities:
System Design: Design plumbing systems for projects, including domestic water, sanitary, stormwater, hot water, and gas systems.
Calculations: Perform calculations as directed by senior engineers.
Layout Development: Design and develop plumbing system layouts, including pipe sizing and equipment selection.
Code Knowledge: Apply knowledge of international plumbing design codes.
BIM Proficiency: Utilize Revit and work within a BIM environment.
Coordination: Collaborate with other in-house disciplines (electrical, structural, architectural, landscape) to develop integrated designs.
Sustainable Design: Experience with LEED and sustainable design projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech Mechanical)
Experience: 2-6 years in plumbing engineering or a related field.

Plumbing Engineer (8+ years):
Key Responsibilities:
Independent Work: Independently fulfill design requirements for projects.
Design Development: Develop calculations, design narratives, and work plans as the basis of design.
Document Review: Review and oversee detailed plumbing design documents, including calculations, plans, specifications, and bills of quantities.
Design Oversight: Ensure plumbing design meets codes, standards, best practices, and quality assurance/quality control requirements.
Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex designs and teams, ensuring timely completion of documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of plumbing systems.
Meetings: Attend project meetings (both internal and with clients).
Technical Application: Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve technical and coordination issues.
BIM Awareness: Maintain working knowledge of Revit and BIM environments.
Sustainable Design: Experience with LEED and sustainable design projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech Mechanical)
Experience: 8+ years in plumbing engineering or a related field.
