Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Information System (HRIS) & HR Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organization's HR technology. This position is critical in ensuring data integrity, driving digital transformation, and supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:A. HRIS & Tech HR (70%):Manage end-to-end administration of HR systems, including key modules such as Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Onboarding, HRMS management, PMS, Payroll interface, Exit, etc.Configure workflows, approval chains, and employee data structures to ensure seamless system functionality.Manage user access, role permissions, and org hierarchies to maintain data security and integrity.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with support teams for prompt resolution.B. HR Operations (30%):Support operational activities at various stages of the employee life cycle, including confirmation, internal transfers, and exits.Manage payroll inputs, letters, employee records, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR processes to provide excellent service.Maintain accurate documentation for audits and record-keeping purposes.
