Job Title: Learning Program StrategistAs a key member of our organization, the Learning Program Strategist will lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs to drive business results. This role involves proactively identifying business needs and developing targeted training solutions to enhance employee performance and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement end-to-end training programs that achieve measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Design and author engaging training content for various formats, including e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to create targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Establish and maintain post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.To succeed in this role, you will require 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, with strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems is also essential. Additionally, you must have demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs, be able to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear training content, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and maintain a highly organized, results-driven approach.
