Job DescriptionAs a UI/UX Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless user experiences for our clients' applications and in-house products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver intuitive UI elements that align with our organization's standards and best practices.You will work closely with our team of technical specialists to ensure the successful implementation of your designs. This collaboration will involve participating in workshops and interviews to gather business requirements, defining and developing wireframing and UI components, and applying feedback to enhance the overall quality of our products.Additionally, you will work alongside automation/RPA and .NET/Web developers to integrate the UI with client/in-house products.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex.Experience building responsive web/App design to create applications that adapt to multiple screen sizes/devices.Familiarity with usability testing to identify and fix UI issues and gather real-world intelligence from target users.Proficiency in visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.A minimum of 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.Mastery of hand-on design and development using C#.NET.Proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, Service-Oriented Architecture, and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery).Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns, and SOLID principles.A good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.BenefitsHiring immediately for an immediate start.Competitive base salary and bonus determined by level and experience.Benefits package including healthcare, relocation, vacation, and holidays.Desired Characteristics in CandidatesEffective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High Emotional Intelligence.Embraces challenges.Team-oriented rather than individual contributor.
