Job Description: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Tonbo Imaging, Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
2.Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with other departments.
- Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to guide business decisions.
- Taxation and Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing of direct and indirect taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and consultants for statutory compliance.
4.Audit Management:
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Implement recommendations from audit findings.
5.Cash Flow and Fund Management:
- Monitor and manage company cash flows effectively.
- Optimize fund allocation and working capital.
6.Strategic Advisory:
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Analyze investment opportunities and risk management strategies.
7.Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and internal controls.
- Leverage technology to streamline accounting and reporting functions.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS).
