Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst OpportunityWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic transfer pricing professional to lead and manage all aspects of our company's worldwide transfer pricing function.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including preparation and review of transfer pricing models and benchmarks.Evaluate and ensure rigorous compliance with evolving international and local transfer pricing laws, monitoring and analyzing changes in global tax regulations.Draft, review, and execute intercompany agreements, ensuring all intercompany transactions are properly documented.Provide strategic insights on efficient pricing structures, contributing significantly to the development and implementation of our global transfer pricing strategy.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Finance, Tax, Legal, and Business Units, assisting in the management and defense of transfer pricing audits or disputes.Qualifications and Skills:Advanced degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, with expertise in transfer pricing documentation, risk management, and intercompany agreements.Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.
