We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to help us launch, optimize, and scale initiatives that push the boundaries of urban mobility. This is a role for a visionary leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and turning ideas into impactful realities.

What You’ll Do:

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you’ll have the autonomy and responsibility to:

  • Develop Existing Mobility Solutions: Lead the execution of innovative projects that align with Gudz’s mission of enabling sustainable urban transportation.
  • Optimize Operations: Analyze and improve existing systems, ensuring seamless integration across our EV-powered fleet and technology platforms.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Identify new opportunities, build business models, and create plans for scaling solutions city-wide.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to bring new projects to life and continuously improve our offerings.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Understand customer needs, partner with ecosystem partners, and align solutions with urban mobility requirements.
  • Lead & Scale Teams: Build high-performing teams to drive execution, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.
Who You Are:

We are looking for someone passionate about sustainable transportation and technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 5+ years in entrepreneurship, operations, strategy consulting, or tech startups. Familiarity with mobility, transportation, or EV ecosystems is a plus.
  • Visionary Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing the details to bring ideas to fruition.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and a knack for tackling complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on understanding and solving customer pain points to enhance the user experience.
  • Execution Excellence: A track record of taking innovative ideas from concept to implementation.
  • Education: A degree in business, engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is a bonus.
