Senior Sales And Marketing Manager – Pharma & Healthcare
📍 Location: Hyderabad | 💼 Experience: 10-15 Years
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing pharma & healthcare sales team. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth, lead and support a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), and build strong, long-term partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors. If you’re passionate about helping healthcare products reach the right people and improving patient outcomes, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and market share goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to deliver top performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards are followed in all sales activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 10-15 years of proven sales experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strong network within the pharma and healthcare market.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to coach and inspire sales teams.
