Job Summary: We are looking for a Content Manager to lead Sammaan Capital’s content strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand voice, building authority in the home loan and loan against property space, and driving engagement to achieve business objectives. The Content Manager will work closely with the SEO team, business teams, and external agencies, while building and mentoring an in-house content team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who proactively adopts the latest AI innovations in content creation and distribution, ensuring Sammaan Capital stays ahead in the digital landscape. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Content Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives. Define content goals, KPIs, and editorial guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels. Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify content opportunities. Position Sammaan Capital as an authority in home loans and loan against property through thought leadership content. 2. Content Creation & Optimization Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms. Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and complies with regulatory and quality standards. Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate keyword strategies and improve organic visibility. 3. Content Innovation & AI-Driven Initiatives Leverage AI-driven tools for content ideation, creation, personalization, and performance optimization. Proactively adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance efficiency and engagement. Experiment with new formats such as videos, podcasts, interactive tools, and visual storytelling. 4. Editorial Calendar & Workflow Management Build and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external agencies for content production. Implement content governance standards and maintain consistency across all touchpoints. 5. Content Lifecycle Management Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO compliance. Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for extended reach and engagement. 6. Team Leadership & Collaboration Hire, train, and lead a team of content writers, editors, and designers. Foster a collaborative environment with SEO, business, product, design, and compliance teams. Provide constructive feedback and ensure continuous skill development within the team. 7. External Agency & Vendor Management Manage relationships with external content agencies, freelancers, and creative partners. Negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables, and ensure quality output from third-party vendors. 8. Content Distribution & Promotion Develop strategies for content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels. Leverage social media, email marketing, and partnerships to amplify content reach. 9. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Generate reports on engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics to optimize future strategies. Qualifications & Skills 5–10 years of experience in content strategy and management, preferably in BFSI or fintech. Proven experience in leading content teams and managing external agencies. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI-driven content tools and a proactive approach to adopting emerging AI innovations.
