Role: General Manager - Program Manager (Development of Railway Signalling Systems)

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Railway Signalling System development projects.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with ENS0126, ENS0128, and ENS0129 process and requirement standards.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of program milestones, budgets, and resources.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Provide strategic leadership to enhance project quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.Tech in Electronics or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on leadership experience in Product Delivery Program Management (specific to Railway Signalling Systems).
  • Proven experience in managing projects with strict compliance to standards ENS0126, ENS0128, and ENS0129.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and quality processes within a compliance-driven environment.
