Job Overview:Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manages multiple projects from initial scoping to deployment.Develops comprehensive project plans defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Oversees project execution for various initiatives, including ERP/CRM system integrations and bespoke software applications.Serves as primary technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Monitors project progress using key metrics and prepares regular status reports for senior management and executive stakeholders.Ensures that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with technical architecture and strategy.Mentors and guides team members in a collaborative environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technical project management.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM, ERP, and Analytics platforms.Strong awareness of technology trends.Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Why This Role Matters:This role plays a critical part in driving business outcomes through effective technology initiative management.
