The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit, ensuring accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data, and ensuring compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts). They will also coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance, maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates, drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives, build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, establish an employee grievance process, prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities, support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions, partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency, manage stakeholder communication and resolve HR queries proactively, oversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws, ensure POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence, serve as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives, coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums, and oversee travel arrangements and ensure timely delivery of team members.The successful candidate will possess a Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field, 10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team, sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices, and experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.This is a full-time job based in India - Remote / visit our Gujarat office as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage teams in a global IT setup.
