Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a SQL Database Administrator. The SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring database systems to ensure their highest levels of performance, security, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include performing database backups, restorations, replication, troubleshooting issues, and designing new databases to support various applications.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Database Administration, Database Design, and managing Databases
  • Ability to replicate databases and ensure data integrity
  • Competence in troubleshooting database-related issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database are a plus
