We help students go from confused to confident and build successful creative careers. Role Description We are looking for a Student Course Counselor who can guide students and parents, understand their career needs, and help them choose the right course. This is a mix of Counseling + Sales + Student Relationship Management. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-ins, leads, and phone inquiries. Counsel students about career options in Animation, VFX, Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX, and Gaming. Explain courses, fees, placements, curriculum, and institute advantages. Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up. Maintain records, CRM entries, and follow-up sheets. Coordinate with marketing team for leads and events. Required Skills & Experience 1–5 years of experience in counseling, education sales, or academic advising. Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred). Good persuasion, follow-up, and closing ability. Confident personality and student-friendly approach. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
