You'll monitor and assist team members in a matrix-based environment to ensure client requirements are met.You'll develop and maintain positive relationships with onsite partners and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Help meet established schedules or resolve technical issuesSupport and collaborate with onshore partners and clientsCoordinate employee on-boarding activitiesAudit quality of work according to established metrics; provide feedback and coaching as neededIdentify process improvements and recommend efficienciesAct as first point of contact for escalations; investigate root causes and provide next stepsCollaborate on special projectsManage expectations and communicate process/project plans and timelinesMeet assigned daily/weekly account goalsRegularly motivate team to meet performance scorecardEnsure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
