Senior Content Writer for FinanceWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Content Writer to spearhead our content strategy, elevating complex financial and insurance concepts into clear, credible, and insightful content.This role demands a seasoned professional who can work closely with product, marketing, and research teams to craft content that is accurate, structured, data-backed, compliant, easy to understand, and AI-assisted but humanised.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:Create engaging long-form and short-form content for insurance products (life, health, general, motor, term, ULIPs, etc.)Develop research-based blogs, explainers, guides, landing pages, scripts, newsletters, and thought-leadership contentBreak down intricate policy features, claims processes, benefits, exclusions, and regulatory updates into digestible contentData Interpretation & Insight Writing:Analyse datasets, actuarial insights, claim statistics, industry reports, and consumer patternsTransform raw data into visual figures, structured comparisons, charts, insights, and narratives that support content credibilityCreate data-driven storytelling with statistical clarityAi-Assisted Writing + Humanisation:Utilise AI tools to generate structured drafts, outlines, or research summariesFamiliarise yourself with the organisation's internal AI-writing workflowHumanise AI-generated content: polishing tone, injecting clarity, adding emotion, improving accuracy, and aligning with brand voiceMaintain compliance, factual correctness, and ensure content feels expert-led, not AI-writtenContent Strategy & Structuring:Design SEO-optimised content structures for insurance keywordsEstablish content templates, guidelines, and predictable narrative flowsEnsure clarity hierarchy: hook → insight → explanation → data → CTAMaintain consistent formatting across all financial contentCompliance & Accuracy:Align all content with IRDAI guidelines, internal compliance checks, and legal requirementsValidate every claim, benefit, and feature factuallyCross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate with insurance product teams, underwriting, claims, marketing, and analyticsUnderstand product briefs deeply before writingAssist in scriptwriting for videos, brochures, emailers, and sales collateralAbout Us:We are committed to delivering high-quality, informative content that meets the evolving needs of our audience.
