Marketing Data AnalystWe're seeking an exceptional Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for digging into Ads performance, building dashboards that tell a story, and uncovering insights that drive business growth.This role is perfect for someone who loves finding patterns in messy datasets, translating numbers into strategic recommendations, and enjoying diverse projects from store selection analysis to identifying acquisition opportunities.As a Marketing Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:Reviewing monthly performance data for clients, extracting meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to account managers.Developing and maintaining Looker dashboards (or similar tools) that make complex performance data instantly understandable for stakeholders.Tackling attribution challenges by wrangling massive datasets and connecting the dots.Key skills and qualifications for this role include:A strong marketing background with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics.Proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) with the ability to manipulate data with ease.Expertise in data visualization using tools like Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).Proficiency in Python for data analysis and matchbacks.Experience working with large point-of-sale datasets.Bonus points if you have:A track record of uncovering insights that meaningfully changed marketing strategy.Client services experience.Exposure to M&A due diligence or acquisition analysis.The application process includes a discovery call, technical task and discussion, and final interview with our client. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a related field who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
