  • 8-12 years proven experience as Manual Automated Tester with a focus on designing and implementing automated testing solutions
  • Strong understanding of Testing methodologies software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience with industry standard testing tools ad frameworks eg Selenium Junit TestNG Appium
  • Should have good communication skills capable to analyze the requirement in detail and identify the gaps if any at initial stage and highlight it Coordinating technology teamspods in managing incidents and problems Analyzing incidents to identify root cause trends
  • Strong experience in test preparation and execution based on the requirements review test plan test strategy test approach and manage test execution and expertise in defect lifecycle management triage prioritize track defects
  • Ensuring all nonfunctional requirements facing technology and service infrastructure are always met and Conduct performance load testing in ensuring stability reliability
  • Should have good communication skills capable to analyze the requirement in detail and identify the gaps if any at initial stage and highlight it
  • Strong skills and experience in leadership people management and stakeholder management technology strategy and planning
  • Experience in creating and circulating status reporting and dashboards and knowledge of Jira Confluence and Agile methodologies Sprint Story Points Task Estimations during sprint planning
  • Working with technology teamspods to devise action plans to prevent incident reoccurrence
  • Representing IT at Incident Management Community of Practice meetings and other Service Management and Enterprise Technology meetings
