Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning:

  • Create and execute a high-performance outbound telesales strategy to fuel growth.
  • Define measurable KPIs and set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team.


Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic outbound telesales team.
  • Inspire and mentor team members to achieve and exceed their goals.


Process Optimization:

  • Design streamlined telesales workflows and scripts for different customer segments.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to enhance team productivity and customer outreach.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks for seamless operations.


Customer Acquisition & Retention:

  • Drive efforts to convert leads into loyal, long-term customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data to spot trends, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
  • Provide detailed performance updates and insights to the executive team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product enhancements and service improvements.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading high-performing outbound telesales teams, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnel optimization and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling teams from scratch.
  • Experience in concept-selling to local shops is highly desirable.
