Estimation SpecialistOur company requires an estimation specialist to prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets for various construction projects.Key responsibilities include:Preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and BOQsConducting site visits and supervising project execution stagesReviewing architectural drawings and communicating with suppliersMaintaining project progress and ensuring timely completionSupporting sales and project management teamsThe ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in estimation and project supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software is required. Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and good communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.Key qualifications for the estimation specialist position include:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years' experience in estimation and project supervisionStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation softwareAbility to read and interpret architectural and structural drawingsStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detailGood communication and negotiation skills
