Role : PLM Project Manager

Job Description:


As a Windchill Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of windchill.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of the windchill system into our existing processes and workflows. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our product development lifecycle.


Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for PLM projects.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to PLM system usage and effectiveness.

• Lead the implementation and deployment of the PLM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to define PLM requirements and workflows.

• Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants involved in PLM implementation and support.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize project/program deliverables.



Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in PLM system implementation and management.

• Proficiency in PLM software platforms such as PTC Windchill PLM.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
