A business analyst role in SAP systems and manufacturing processes is available. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and solution delivery are key responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business teams to define requirements and drive solution delivery.Work with stakeholders to validate data and prepare documentation.Map business processes to SAP processes.Develop solutions for data analytics, reporting, and insights.Prepare presentations and process flows.SUPPORT BUSINESS PROCESSES ACROSS SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, Ariba, CFIN.Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries.Ensure successful delivery of solution components.Work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.Demonstrate strong business process acumen and ability to connect processes to data architecture.Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain (Mandatory).Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP modules: SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, and additional experience with S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN.Strong understanding of Data Modeling, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience delivering solution design, documentation, and implementation support.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
