Lead Data ArchitectJob Summary:Design and develop end-to-end data solutions using modern cloud data platforms, especially Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics.Key Responsibilities:Architect data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouses following Medallion architecture principles (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).Develop ETL/ELT processes ensuring scalability, performance, and reusability.Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and BI developers to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.Required Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience in SQL, performance tuning, and optimization.Expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and transformation logic.Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Architect).Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, dbt).The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. They will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and high-performance data architectures, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
