As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Finance Data Mart. Your focus will be on Funds under Management (FUM) reporting and Revenue Allocation processes, ensuring seamless communication between business requirements and technical implementation.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to inform strategic data-driven decisions.Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for the development team, ensuring accurate delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that solutions meet business and data quality standards.Support testing and validate that delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations.Produce comprehensive documentation, including requirements, specifications, process flows, and data models, to facilitate knowledge sharing and reduce barriers to entry.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Asset Management, with a strong understanding of finance processes, especially FUM reporting and Revenue Allocation.Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions for data-centric projects, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with experience in creating clear and concise documents.Desirable: Experience with data mart or data warehouse projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.Benefits:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
