Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming conceptual ideas into photorealistic renderings and a strong understanding of architectural and interior design. This role requires close collaboration with our designers to bring projects to life with exceptional detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modelling: Create detailed 3D models from architectural layouts, sketches, and references.
  • Furniture Modelling and Visualisation: Develop realistic models and visualisations of furniture and fixtures.
  • Library Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting setups.
  • Rendering: Produce high-quality still images, animations, and interactive visual presentations for client projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers to understand project requirements and ensure the visualisation aligns with the design concept.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in 3D visualisation, preferably within Workplace/Corporate projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in 3ds Max, Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Excellent understanding of lighting, texturing, and post-production techniques.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and realism in visualisations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team and present ideas to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.
  • Innovation: Ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
