Your duties will include being well-informed of country specific compliances & internal policy changes and accordingly reviewing/editing/drafting website policies, content, agreements etc.

Major Responsibilities:

•Develop, review and update website and company policies.

•Do research and advise management on the compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.

•Regularly review country specific compliance requirements and accordingly audit the website policies/content, company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

•Develop and maintain Log of website policy changes (country wise)

•Develop and keep updated the Compliance Tracker (country specific laws/directives/regulations)

•Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

•Review vendor agreements and onboarding documents

•Draft/edit/revise agreements for external agencies (such as influencers)

•Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

•Educate and train relevant employees on regulations and industry practices

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field

•2-5 years’ proven experience in a compliance management role

•Excellent oral and written communication skills

•Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail

•Business acumen

•Good knowledge of legal requirements and controls (Importantly, international ecommerce industry related e.g. Data Privacy, Consumer Rights, Financing, Data Security etc.)

•Familiarity with ecommerce industry practices and professional standards will be a plus
