Overview:


We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant specializing in Advanced Repair and Returns Management. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise across repair processes, warehouse, and quality management, enabling seamless integration of repaired products back into the supply chain.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the setup and configuration of SAP Advanced Repair and Advanced Returns Management, ensuring robust support for inhouse and external repair workflows.
  • Repair BOM & Return-to-Supply Pipeline: Build and maintain repair Bill of Materials (BOM) and return management processes to facilitate efficient re-entry of products into the supply pipeline.
  • Quality Management and Inspections: Configure cross-process settings in EWM for SAP Quality Management quality checks and standards for repaired items.
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM): Configure EWM to manage storage, stock transport orders, and inventory movement related to returns, repairs, and restocking.
  • Advanced Returns Management: Set up and oversee advanced returns management processes, including handling stock transport orders (STOs) with inbound deliveries and advanced logistics flow.
  • Sales & Distribution Support: Collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams to align repair and return functions with customer requirements, supporting streamlined order-to-repair processes.
  • Cross-Functional Guidance: Provide expert guidance to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring best practices and process alignment within the SAP solution for product returns, repairs, and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Experience Level: Senior-level with proven expertise in SAP Supply Chain related consulting, particularly in Advanced Returns Management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Returns Management (inhouse and external processes)
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • SAP Quality Management (QM) and Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Return stock transport orders (STOs) with inbound deliveries
  • Industry Knowledge: Pharmaceutical experience or related sectors preferred.
  • Techno-Functional Expertise: Skilled at aligning technical configurations with functional requirements, enabling comprehensive SAP solutions across operations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.
