Quality Assurance Manager RoleThis role will be responsible for driving software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories as new software features are developed.The individual must own the development of test scripts from use cases, user stories, and other sources to ensure effective testing and validation processes.The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with other team members to undertake testing during development sprints and in the lead-up to product releases.Key areas of responsibility include:Owning software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories to identify and report defectsAssisting the team in undertaking testing both during development sprints and in the lead up to product releases to ensure quality standards are metInteracting with business analysts/product owners and other customer representatives to assess if acceptance criteria have been metCollaborating with development team members to set up and run automated tests to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortSupporting external test partners in carrying out specialist testing activities to provide comprehensive coverageAccountable for the production and strategy of test management and automation to drive quality and efficiencyRequired Skills and QualificationsComputer Science or Engineering degree with substantial software development contentExperience writing code with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or C# to develop test automation frameworks3+ Years of Automation Test/SDET experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality resultsOver 10 years of proven Automation Test/SDET experience with leadership abilities and test strategy experienceBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.Join our team of passionate professionals who share a commitment to excellence and quality.We look forward to hearing from you
