Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Developer to lead our Core Banking Implementation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical aspects of the program, including developing and executing the implementation strategy.Main ResponsibilitiesGuide and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality results.Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan that meets project objectives and goals.Provide technical support during user training sessions, testing cycles, and production rollout.Manage the transformation of core banking applications to the next version.Necessary Qualifications8+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE, with hands-on experience in product development, support, and implementation.Extensive experience in FCUBS V11.x to 14.x versions.Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming and various integration methods.Strong understanding of hardware structure, software development life cycle (SDLC) process, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience in banking operations, particularly core banking, general ledger, loans, payments, trade finance, and other related banking channels.
