Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head-Agency Channel-Life Insurance in Goa. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the agency channel operations, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also provide leadership to the team, oversee claims management, and ensure the branch meets financial targets.


Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Graduate with over 9 years of experience/postgraduate
  • 6-10 Years of Agency Sales Experience In Life Insurance company
  • Location candidate prefer
  • Team Management, Sales, and Sales Management skills
  • Lead Generation and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in the life insurance industry
